Quick Sweet potato – tomato is another new recipe for instant pot. As the name suggest ‘quick’. It will be a quick and healthy recipe. This is a kind of beginner’s recipe. The beginner, who are using instant pot and want to make something tasty, must try this out.

Tomatoes are the major dietary source of the antioxidant lycopene, which has been linked to many health benefits, including reduced risk of heart disease and cancer. They are also a great source of vitamin C, potassium, foliate and vitamin K.
Ingredients –
2-3 Sweet potatoes.
1 tomato.
1 table spoon of salt.
1 table spoon of chili powder.
1 table spoon of sugar (optional).
Procedure to cook –
Take the outer peels of the sweet potatoes. Then take a fork and stab the sweet potatoes over the bodies.
Then chop the tomatoes very finely.
Put the sweet potatoes and tomatoes inside the Instant pot and boil for 4-5 minutes.
Take out the sweet potatoes and tomatoes and drain the water entirely. Mash the sweet potatoes and tomatoes together. While mashing, add salt according to taste. Add chili powder according to taste.
Put ¼ cup of water in the instant pot and put one table spoon of sugar into that. Boil it for 1 minute. Pour that boiled water over the mashed sweet potatoes and tomatoes. Serve it.
